Ingredients
Milk – 1 liter
Milk powder – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Rice powder – 3 tbsp
Vanila essence – 1 tsp
Chocolate – 1 cup
Sunflower oil – 1/4 cup
Preparation
Add milk to a sauce pan, wait until it boil. Mix rice flour and milk in a bowl , then keep aside. Add sugar and milk powder to the pan, mix it well, next add rice flour mix, srit it well, cook until it become thick, then turn off flame. Wait the mix become cool, then blend it well, after that, pour the mix to ice bar mould, cover the mould with foil paper, then put stick into it, now freeze it for 8 hrs. Demould bars , then dip in melted chocolate.
