Egg Ifthar Snack

Ingredients

egg boiled

oil-3 tbsp

chicken cooked-250 gm

onion-2

salt

green chilly-2

ginger garlic crushed-1+1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chicken masala-3/4 tsp

coriander leaves

for chammanthi

coconut-1 cup

shallots-2-3

green chilly-2

salt

ginger and garlic

lemon juice-1

Preparation

Fry cooked chicken, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilly, ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add masala powders and salt, mix everything well, add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

For chammanthi, crush the ingredients in the list and make coarse paste.

Take 2 samosa sheets, place it like cross, add masala in centre, take 1/2 egg boiled, add chammanthi above it, then add above the masala, fold the sheets from four sides, seal it with maida paste, then fry it in hot oil.
