Raw Mango Curry

Ingredients

shallots-10-15

ginger garlic

chilly powder-1 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

salt

water

curry leaves

coconut-1/4

fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp

coconut oil

mustard

Preparation

Take a pan, add mango, shallots, green chilly, garlic, masala powders, salt and water, then cook it well. Grind coconut with water, then add to cooked mango, boil it well, add more water and salt if required, let it boil well, then turn off flame. Finally, season the curry with oil, mustard, shallots and curry leaves,.
