Ingredients

kappa

salt

turmeric

beef-1/2 kg

salt

garam masala-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

water

onion-2

coconut oil-5-6 tbsp

garlic

green chilly

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander and curry leaves

Preparation

Cook cleaned tapioca with salt , turmeric and water, then crush it a little after taking it from water. Cook beef with salt, chilly powder and garam masala. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, then add crushed green chilly and garlic, saute all well, next add chilly powder, mix it with onion, then add cooked beef, combine all, once the water completely dissolved add cooked tapioca, combine all well, add some curry leaves and coriander, then turn off flame.
