moringa leaves
coconut-1 cup
garlic-6-7
shallots-5
cumin-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1 1/2 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
water
coconut oil-2 tbsp
mustard
shallots-1 cup
dry chilly-3
salt
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard , let it pop well, then add shallots and dry chilly, saute it well. Grind coconut, shallots, turmeric, chilly powder, ginger and garlic, and add to curry, add salt and water, boil it well, then turn off flame.
