Ingredients
carrot
onion
potato
green pead
green chilly
tomato
beans
ginger garlic
coriander leaves
mint leaves
ghee+ oil
whole spices
turmeric- 1/2 tsp
salt
kasoori methi
water-3 glass
rice-1 1/2 glass
Preparation
Grind mint , coriander, green chilly, ginger and garlic together and make a fine paste. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add whole spices, after roasting it well add mint coriander paste, mix it until the raw smell gone, next add onion, green chilly and other vegetables, combine add add some turmeric and kasoori methi, saute it well, pour water and add salt, let it boil well, now add washed rice, mix well, then close cooker, cook it for 1-2 whistle. Serve it after the pressure cooker.
