Ingredients
Banana – 2
Rice Flakes – 2 Cups
Milk – 1/4 Cup
Black Sesame Seeds
Ghee
Oil
Preparation
Grind banana with milk, then keep aside. Grind poha with cardamom and sugar, and make a fine powder. Add poha powder to banana mix, add ghee and sesame seeds, knead it well and make a soft dough, flatten the dough in counter top, then cut it into small rectangle pieces, next fry all snack well.
