Ingredients
green gram-1 glass
coconut-1
jaggerry-5
coconut pieces-50 gm
cardamom-1/2 tsp
ghee
water
salt-1 pinch
Preparation
Soak green gram for 4-6 hrs, then cook it in a pressure cooker. Mash cooked green gram with a laddle, then pour melted jaggerry, boil it well, then add thick coconut milk, allow it to heat well, then turn off flame, add salt, cardamom powder and roasted coconut pieces, mix well, turn off flame.
