Masala Dosa

Ingredients

for dosa

raw rice- 3 glass

glass-1 1/2 glass

cooked rice-2 tbsp

salt

for masala

potato-3

turmeric

salt

water

onion-2

carrot-1

curry leaves

ginger garlic

green chilly

mustard

urad dal

turmeric

Preparation

Wash rice and urad dal together, then soak it for 3-4 hrs, after that grind it with cooked rice and make a fine paste, pour the batter to a bowl, rest it overnight. Add salt to the raised batter, mix it well.

For masala, boil potato with salt and turmeric, then remove it from water and mash it well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard , let it pop , then add urad dal, roast it for a minute, then add ginger, garlic and green chilly, saute it until the raw smell gone, next add onion, mix it all , then add salt and turmeric, combine well, add mashed potatoes, mix it with masalas, then turn off flame.
