Ingredients
•Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
•Sesame seed – 1 tablespoon
•Ghee – 1 tablespoon
•Roasted Rice Flour – 1 Cup
•Wheat Flour / maida – 1 Cup
•Rava – 2 tablespoons
•Salt – ¼ Teaspoon
•small Banana (Palayankodan /Kathali) – 2
•Sugar – 2 tablespoons
•Cardamom – 4 Nos
•Jaggery – 500 grams
•Water – 1 & ¼ Cup
•secret ingredient
•Coconut Oil – for frying
Preparation
Take a bowl, add rice flour, maida, salt and rava, mix well, keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan, add coconut, roast it until it become golden brown, then add sesame seeds, mix well and keep aside. Grind sugar with cardamom and banana and set aside. Melt jaggerry, then add to flour mix, add banana mix and coconut mix also, mix well, add baking soda, after mixing it well make small unniyappam.
