Ingredients
Ragi flour 1 cup
Rava 2 tbsp
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger chopped
Green chillies
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves few
veggies of your choice
Ghee
Water
Chutney
Coconut
Shallots
Ginger

Urad Dal

Preparation
Take a bowl, add ragi, vermicelli, salt and water, mix well and make a fine batter, add hing powder, chopped ginger, chilly, onion, carrot, curry leaves and coriander leaves, mix it well and make a loose batter, keep this aside. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, spread over the tawa, flip it if one side cooked, add ghee, cook both sides well.
For chutney, grind coconut with shallots, ginger, green chilly and salt, and make a fine paste, Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard and urad dal, then add curry leaves and dry chilly, mix well and add to chutney.
