garam masala-1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
salt
lemon juice-1 tsp

maida-1 cup
egg-1

for masala
onion-3

ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
turmeric-1 pinch
chilly powder-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1/4 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
fennel powder-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
egg
bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation
Marinate chicken pieces with the masalas in the recipe, then rest 1 hour in freezer. After that fry chicken well and crush it .
Prepare maida batter and keep aside.
For masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, then add ginger garlic paste, once the raw smell gone add masala powders, combine all well and add crushed chicken, after mixing all well add curry leaves and turn off flame. Heat a tawa, pour maida batter and round the laddle to make thin dosa, add masala one side, then roll it like cylinder shape, then seal it with maida paste, finally, dip the rolls in egg, then coat it with bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
