Ingredients
raw rice- 1 1/2 cup
urad dal-1 tsp

coconut-1 cup
cooked rice-1 cup
water
sugar-10 tbsp
cardamom powder-1 tbsp
baking soda-1 tsp
Preparation
Grind soaked rice, urad dal, coconut, cooked rice and some water together and make a fine batter, pour it to a bowl, after mixing it well rest the batter for overnight. Add sugar, cardamom and baking soda, mix well, rest again for 10 minutes. Take a mould, apply oil/ghee, pour the batter, then steam it in a idli steamer.
