Ingredients
boneless chicken
pepper powder
mayonnaise
carrot, cabbage, green chilly
salt
samosa sheet
maida paste
oil for frying
Preparation
Cook chicken with pepper powder, salt and a little water, then crush it well. Add crushed chicken, chopped vegetables, mayonnaise and salt to a bowl, mix all. Take a samosa sheet, fold it after filling done, use maida paste to seal it, then fry in hot oil.
