coconut oil

curry leaves
Preparation
Add all chopped vegetables in a pan, add coconut oil, turmeric, chilly powder and salt, then mix all together, add water and cook it well. Crush coconut with shallots, green chilly, cumin and curry leaves, then add to cooked vegetables, mix it well, then wait until the water completely dissolves, now add tamarind pulp, after mixing well boil it well, finally add some curry leaves and coconut oil.
