Ingredients
chicken-1 kg
onion-3
green chilly, ginger, garlic crushed- 1 1/2 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
coconut oil-2 tsp
Preparation
Fry onions until it become golden brown, then add to chicken, next add other ingredients one bye one, marinate it well and rest it for 1 hr. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken, cook it in low flame, finally add some coriander leaves, then turn off flame.
