Pazham Pori

Ingredients

banana-2

maida-1 cup

rice flour-1/4 cup

salt

turmeric-1 pinch

cumin-1 pinch

sesame seeds-1/4 tsp

sugar

oil for frying

Preparation

Peel off banana, then slice it into 2 pieces. Take a bowl, add rice flour, maida, salt, sugar, turmeric, cumin, sesame and water, mix well and make a thick batter. Heat oil for frying, take banana slices, dip it in the batter, then fry it in hot oil.
