Blend sugar, banana and cardamom together, then add wheat flour and salt, mix all together and make a thick batter, add a tsp of ghee, combine well. Heat oil in a pan, add small portions from the batter and fry it well.

Crush banana in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, green chilly , curry leaves and ginger, add bread pieces, mix tightly with your hand, then make small balls from it, now fry it well.

Heat oil in a pan, add crushed nuts and raisins, roast it for a minute, then add banana pieces, saute it well, add sugar and coconut, mix all well, add wheat flour into it, knead it well and make small balls, coat it in bread crumbs and fry it well.
