raw jackfruit pieces
jackfruit seeds-20
turmeric-1/2 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
water
salt
coconut
cumin seeds
mustard
curry leaves
dry chilly-3
garlic crushed
jaggerry
Preparation
Cook jack fruit and seeds in a pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, chilly powder and water. Grind coconut with cumin, then add to cooked jackfruit, mix well, then keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add crushed garlic, dry chilly and curry leaves, saute all well, then add coconut and grated jaggerry, mix well, then add to curry.
