Ingredients
Raw mango-1
green chilly-2
shallots-2
water-1/2 glass
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
curry leaves
coconut-2 handful
shallots-2
garlic-2
curry leaves
cumin-1/4 tsp
butter milk-3 tbsp
oil
mustard
dry chilly-3-4
fenugreek-2 pinch
shallots chopped-2-3
Preparation
Cook mango with shallots, green chilly, turmeric , salt , curry leaves and required water. Grind coconut with shallots, garlic, cumin and curry leaves, then add to cooked mango, pour water, then boil it well, now add buttermilk, after heating it well turn off flame. Finally, season the curry with mustard, fenugreek, shallots and dry chilly.
