shallots-10
tomato-1
ginger
green chilly
curry leaves
garlic
coconut oil-1 tbsp
mustard
chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1/2 tbsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
hot water
tamarind-4
salt
fish curry leaves
Preparation
Grind ginger, garlic, shallots and green chilly together and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add chilly, shallot paste, saute it well, now add masala powders, mix in oil, then pour water, add tamarind and salt, let it boil well, then add fish, coon it well, finally add some curry leaves and turn off flame.
