Ingredients
milk-1/2 ltr
corn flour-3 tsp
sugar-3/4 cup
milk powder-1/2 cup
cocoa powder+sugar-1/2 cup each
dalda
Preparation
Take a sauce pan, add milk, then add corn flour and milk mix, milk powder, and sugar, combine well, then turn on flame. Stir it until the mix become thick, turn off flame, transfer the mix to ice cream moulds, freeze it for 8 hrs. Mix cocoa powder and sugar together, grind it into fine powder. Add dalda to a glass bowl, double boil it , once it melts completely, add cocoa powder mix , dilute it with dalda, then take the mix in a glass. Demould ice bars, then dip it in the chocomix, after that store it in fridge.
