Onion Pakoda

Ingredients

onion-1

ginger

green chilly

curry leaves

chilly powder-2 tsp

turmeric-1 pich

hing-2 pinch

salt

rice flour-2 tsp

gram flour-1 cup

water

oil for frying

Preparation

Take a bowl, add the ingredients one bye one, mix all together with water and make a thick batter, rest this batter for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, add small quantity of this batter with a spoon, fry it well.
