Lemon Rice

Ingredients

ponni rice-1 cup

oil-2 tbsp

mustard-1/2 tsp

urad dal-1 tsp

gram dal-1 tsp

green chilly-2

dry chilly-2

curry leaves

turmeric-1/4 tsp

salt

lemon juice-1 1/2

Preparation

Cook rice with salt, keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, pop it well, then add urad dal and gram dal, roast it for a minute, add dry chilly, green chilly and curry leaves, saute all, add turmeric, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add lemon juice, mix all together, then turn off flame, add cooked rice, combine well.
