Preparation

Cook bones in a pressure cooker with salt, chilly powder, coriander powder and curry leaves. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic, saute it well, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, next add cooked beef bone, mix well. Roast coconut in oil, then grind it into fine paste, add this to curry, mix all well, add more water and salt, boil it well, add fennel powder and cinnamon, boil little more, then turn off. Finally, season the curry with mustard and shallots.
