Ingredients
for dough
maida-2 cup
egg-1
salt
oil-1 1/2 tbsp
water/ milk
for masala
oil
onion-1 1/2
salt
ginger garlic
green chilly
garam masala-1/2 tsp
fennel powder-1/2 tbsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
boiled egg
oil for frying
Preparation
For dough, take maida in a bowl, add salt, egg, oil and water , knead it well and make a soft dough.
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and salt, saute it well, then add ginger , garlic and chilly crushed, saute all well, next add masala powders, then mix it again, finally add some coriander leaves , then turn off flame.
Divide maida dough into equal parts, then flatten it, add filling in each chapathi, put 1/2 of boiled egg, then fold it from all sides, finally, fry it in hot oil.
