Ingredients
salted manga
mustard dal- 2 tbsp

red chilly powder-1/2 cup
salt water-1 1/2 cup
hing powder-1/2 tsp
sesame oil-2 tbsp
vinegar-1 tbsp
Preparation
Drain mango from the salt water. Take a big bowl, add chilly powder, mustard dal and salt water, mix all well, add hing powder too, then add mango, after mixing it well add sesame oil and vinegar, mix well, then store in ceramic container.
