Ingredients
wheat flour-1 cup
rice flour-1/4 cup
egg-1
onion-1
carrot-1
green chilly-2
coriander leaves
ginger
salt
water
Preparation
Take a mixing bowl, add flours, chopped vegetables , salt and water, mix it well and make a medium loose batter. Heat a tawa, apply oil, then pour the batter, make small dosa with this batter.
