Preparation

Marinate chicken with ingredients in the list. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion, fry it until it turns brown, then add cashews, mix well, set aside, add tomato, cook it and set aside. Grind tomato and onion separately. Heat a pan, add marinated chicken, fry it well and keep aside, add ginger garlic to the pan, saute it well, then add tomato paste and onion paste, combine well, add salt too, mix it again , next add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone., next add milk and water, boil it well, now add fried chicken, mix with masala, cook it for 5-7 minutes, then add kasoori methi, finally add thick cream, mix well, then turn off flame.
