Preparation

Melt jaggerry with water, then keep aside. Dry roast poha. Heat ghee in a pan, add banana pieces, saute it well, then add coconut, mix again, crush the poha with hand, then add to the pan, combine all well, nowpour then jaggerry juice, mix all, cook it until it become thick, finally, add cardamom powder, then turn off flame. Once the heat is low, make small ball with from this mix.
