Ration Rice Veg Biriyani

Ingredients

1 glass rice (300 g)

1/2 lime

1 onion

1 capsicum

2 carrot

2 tomato

2 green chilli

1 piece ginger

1 spoon fennel seeds

1/4 spoon pepper

8-10 garlic

2 spoon ghee

5 spoon oil

3-4 cardamom

1 stick cinnamon

6-8 cloves

coriander leaves

mint leaves

salt

Preparation

Heat oil and ghee in a pan ,add the whole spices-cardamom, cinnamon and cloves. Add crushed ginger, garlic,green chillies, fennel seeds, and black pepper and mix well. Then add onion and carrot. Cook on medium flame till the carrots are 3/4th cooked. Then add tomato and mix well till the tomatoes are half cooked. Reduce the flame. Add turmeric and chilli powder and roast well. Then add capsicum . Mix well on medium flame till the capsicum is half cooked. Finally add boiled rice and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves for garnishing and taste.
