Ingredients

carn flour-3-4 tsp
maida-3-4 tsp
salt

tomato sauce-1 tbsp
chilly sauce-1 tbsp
soy sauce-1 1/2 tsp
water
corn flour-3-4 tbsp+ water mix
salt
pepper powder
Preparation
Finely chop vegetables, then mix in a bowl, add salt, corn flour and maida into it, mix it all with hand, then make small balls with this mix. Fry the balls in hot oil and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic , saute it for a minute, then add spring onion, onion,and capsicum, saute all, then add sauces, pour water, mix well, boil it well, add corn flour mix to become the gravy thick, now add salt, next add fried manchooriyan balls, mix all well, cook it until it become thick more, then turn off flame.
