chilly powder-2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
oil
mustard
dry chilly-2
curry leaves
coconut-1 cup
salt
water
Preparation
Heat a pan, add masala powders, heat it well, then grind it with coconut and tamarind soaked water, make a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, saute it well, then add onion, chilly and othe chopped vegetables, mix all, add salt and some water, cook it well, then add coconut paste, boil it again, add more water and salt if required, boil for 1 more minute, then turn off flame.
