Preparation
Marinate chicken with the items in the list, then keep this aside for an hour. Fry chicken after marination. Take a bowl, add sauces, water, vinegar, chilly powder and corn flour, mix well and set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic chopped, saute it well, then add onion and capsicum, mix all together, pour the sauce mix, add chicken into it, mix all well, cook it until it become thick, finally add some pepper powder, mix well and turn off flame.
