Ingredients
rice- 1/4 cup
raw rice -1/4 cup
gram dal-1/4 cup
rice flour
coconut milk thick
second extract of coconut milk
banana-1
sugar-1/4 cup
ghee
cashews
Preparation
Soak raw rice, rice and gram dal separately for 2-3 hrs. Grind rice with less water and make a thick paste, add rice flour to the batter and knead it well, make a soft dough, divide it into equal tiny parts, then steam it. Grind raw rice and make a loose batter. Cook dal in a pressure cooker. Take a pan, add second coconut milk, sugar and loose rice batter, mix well, then cook it, stir continously, add banana, cook it well , once it become thick add cooked dal, mix well, cook again for 2-3 minutes, now add thick coconut milk, after mixing well, turn off flame, finally add roasted peanut.
