Ingredients
For chicken marinating
Chicken:1 kg
Milk:1 cup
Vinegar:2 tbls
Pepper powder:1 tsp
Chilli powder:1 tbsp
Garlic paste: 4 nos
Salt
Baking soda:1 pinch
For wet mix
Maida:1 cup
Egg:1
Corn flour: 1tblspn
garlic paste:1 tspn
Salt
For dry mix
Maida:1 cup
garlic past :4 nos
Chilli powder:1 tsp
Salt

Preparation
Take butter milk, add garlic powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, garam masala and salt, soak chicken in this mix for 4 hrs. Take egg in a bowl, add maida, baking powder and salt , mix all, then add corn flour mix all and make a thick batter. Take maida in another bowl, add garlic powder, chilly powder and salt, mix these ingredients and keep aside. Take chicken pieces and dip it in egg mix, then coat maida mix tightly, after that fry the chicken in low to medium flame.
