Duck Meat Roast

Ingredients

for cooking meat

duck meat

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-1 tbsp

chilly powder

garam masala powder-1 tsp

pepper powder-1 tbsp

curry leaves

bay leaves

for masala

oil

coconut pieces-1 handful

ginger and garlic crushed

curry leaves

shallots-10-12

onion-1

green chilly-3

tomato-2

coriander powder-2 1/2 tbsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

Pepper powder-1 tsp

garam masala-1 tsp

Preparation

Cook duck meat in a pressure cooker with the ingredients in the above said list. Heat oil in a pan, add coconut pieces, after roasting it well add ginger and garlic, saute it well, add shallots, after 2 minutes sauting add onion and green chilly, saute all until it become soft, add tomato, once it become mushy add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, now add cooked meat, mix all together, let it boil well, once it become thick add pepper powder and masala , then turn off flame.
