Ingredients

potato-4

oil-2 tbsp

mustard-1/2 tsp

urad dal, gram dal-1 tsp each

ginger-1 tsp

garlic-1 tsp

dry chilly

onion-1

green chilly-3-4

curry leaves

turmeric-1/4 tsp

gram flour and water mix

hing powder-1 pinch

water

coriander leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add gram dal and urad dal, adter roasting it well add dry chilly, ginger and garlic, saute it for a minute, then add onion and green chilly, saute it until it become soft, next ad turmeric, mix gram flour and water in a bowl, add to pan, combine well, pour water into it, boil it well, now add boiled and mashed potato, mix all together, add salt and hing, boil it until it become thick, add some coriander leaves then turn off flame.
