Ingredients
Rava (Semolina) 2 cups
Water 4 cups
Drumstick leaves 1 cup
Carrot 1 no.
Onion 1 no.
Tomato 1 no.
Green chilli 3 nos.
Ginger 1 pcs.
Curry leaves 2 stem
Coconut oil 3 tablespoons
Mustard 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
Dried red chilli 1 no.
Urad dal 1 teaspoon
Bengal gram 1 teaspoon
Preparation
Dry roast rava for 2-3 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, allow it to pop, then add urad dal and gram dal, roast it for 1 minute, next add dry chilly and curry leaves, then add chopped vegetables, saute it all for a minute, pour water, add salt and turmeric, let it boil well, now add moringa leaf, cook it for a minute, then add roasted rava, mix well, cook it until the consistency become perfect.
