Ingredients
Kaima rice-1 cup
egg-1
coconut milk-1 cup
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Soak rice for 2-3 hrs, then transfer it to a mixie jar after washing it well, add egg, salt, coconut milk and turmeric into it, then grind it into fine paste, pour it to a bowl, add more water to make a loose batter, add chopped coriander, mix all well. Heat a pan, pour the batter, round it to spread it over the pan, then cover the pan, wait for 1 minute, then remove dosa from the pan, cook the entire batter like this.
