Ingredients
par boiled rice-1 cup
water-2 1/2 cup
sugar-10 tbsp
ghee-1 tsp
milk powder-5 tbsp
milk-1 pkt
cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
salt-1 pinch
cashews
ghee
Preparation
Cook rice in a pressure cooker with water. Caramelise sugar in a pan, then add ghee into it, after combining it well add milk powder water mix, mix it all, now add milk, let it boil, then add cooked rice, stir it well until it become thick, after that add cardamom and salt, mix again, finally add roasted peanut.
