Ingredients

raw rice-3 cup

cooked rice- 1 /2 cup

salt

water

oil for frying

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with boiled rice, and water, then make a medium thick batter. Pour the batter to a bowl, add salt, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with small laddle, then fry it well.
