Drum stick curry

Ingredients

drum stick

shallots

tomato

ginger and garlic

green chilly

curry leaves

fried coconut

turmeric-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp

chilly powder – 1 tbsp

fennel powder-1/2 tsp

fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp

cinnamon-1

coconut oil

mustard

Preparation

Heat a pan, add coconut, after heating it well, add masala powders and cinnamon stick, mix well to turn aromatic, then turn off flame. Once the heat is gone, grind it into fine paste. Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, then add mustard, let it pop well, now add shallots, chilly, ginger and garlic, saute it for 2-3 minutes, then add drum stick, mix all together, then add tomato, combine all, add coconut paste and water, then add salt, mix all well, then boil the curry until it become slightly thick.
