Ingredients
peanut-1 cup
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
fennel powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
salt
water-2 tbsp
gram flour-2 tbsp
rice flour-2 tbsp
corn flour-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
salt
hing powder-1 pinch
Preparation
Add peanut to a bowl, then add salt, turmeric, chilly powder, fennel powder, ginger garlic paste and curry leaves into it, spread a little water, mix all well and keep aside. Take another bowl, add rice flour, corn flour, gram flour, kashmiri chilly powder and salt into it, mix well, then transfer this to the peanut, coat it well. Heat oil for frying, then add peanut, fry it in batches.
