Vegetable dosa

Ingredients

raw rice-1 cup

potato-1

beans-1/2 cup

carrot-3/4 cup

tomato-1/2 cup

green chilly-2

curry leaves

ginger-1 tsp

coriander leaves

onion- 1/2 cup

salt

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

curd-1/4 cup

baking soda-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Soak rice for 5 hrs, then grind it with boiled potato and water, transfer the batter to a bowl, then add vegetables, salt, masala powders, curd and baking soda, combine all well. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, round it into small dosa, cover the pan, cook it well.
