Rice flour Achappam

Ingredients

rice flour-1 cup

maida-1 tbsp

coconut -3/4 cup

egg-1

powdered sugar-1/2 cup

salt-1 pinch

sesame seeds

cumin

oil for frying

Preparation

Add egg to a bowl, then add powdered sugar, rice flour, maida, salt and coconut milk, mix all and make slightly thick batter, finally add cumin, sesame and salt, mix again. Heat oil in a pan, dip the mould in hot oil until it start to boil, then take the mould and dip 3/4 part in batter, then put in oil, fry it until it separate from mould, fry all batter like this.
