Ingredients
amrutham podi- 1 cup
sugar-1 tsp
hot water
ghee
kismis
milk-3 cup
salt-1 pinch
cardamom-4
Preparation
Take amrutham podi in a bowl, add sugar, then pour hot water , knead it well, then make soft dough. Fill the dough in idiyappam maker, then press it to a idli plate, steam it well, then cut it into small pieces. Heat oil in another pan, add idiyappam pieces, then saute it well, pour milk, then boil it, add salt and cardamom, boil it again. Once it become thick, turn off flame.
