Bakery style Sponge Cake

Ingredients

maida 1 cup

egg. 2 nos

sugar 3/4 cup

milk 1/2 cup

baking powder. 1tsp

salt. 1 punch

vannilla extra ct. 1tsp

butter. 1tsp

Preparation

Add maida to a bowl, add baking powder and salt, sieve the mix 2-3 times, then keep aside. Break 2 eggs to mixie jar, add vanila essence, and powdered sugar, blend it well, add sunflower oil, after blending it again, transfer it to another bowl, add maida mix gradually, fold it with a spatula, then add hot milk and butter mix combine well and make a thick batter. Transfer the batter to a cake mould, after tapping it well, put it in a pre heated oven, then bake it well.
