Ingredients
oil-1 tbsp
urad dal-2 tsp
garlic-5
onion-1
tomato-3
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
hing powder-1 pinch
oil
mustard
urad dal
dry chilly
curry leaves
salt
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal and garlic, roast it well, then add onion, saute it for 2 minutes then add tomato, cook until it become soft, now add masala powders, combine well, once the raw smell gone turn off flame. Grind it into fine paste after cooled down. Finally, season the chutney with urad dal, mustard, curry leaves and dry chilly.
