Ingredients
All purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Yeast – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp +
Chicken – 200 gm
Oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 medium
Tomato – 1 smlall
Capsicum – 1/4 cup
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt
1 tbsp egg + 1 tbsp milk for egg wash
Flour for dusting
Preparation
Mix lukewarm milk+ sugar +yeast and keep aside for raising. After 10 minutes, add maida to a bowl, add salt and yeast mix, knead it well and make a soft dough, gently stretch it while kneading. Rest the dough until it become double. Heat oil in a pan, add chicken keema, saute it well, add garlic and onion, then add salt, mix well, next add tomato, capsicum, and sauces, saute all for 5 minutes, then turn off flame.
Take raised dough, divide it into 8 pieces, make all into ball shapes, then flatten it, after adding the filling, fold it like bun shape. Brush milk above the buns, then bake all buns well.
